North Carolina High School Softball - Forest Hills felled by Anson

The Forest Hills Yellow Jackets softball team (Marshville, NC), was routed 19-0 in Tuesday's league test with the host Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC)

Coming up next, the Bearcats encounter the Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A test, on Thursday, March 30. Anson will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 16-0 league win over Monroe (Monroe, NC).

With the loss, Forest Hills falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets travel to West Stanly (Oakboro, NC) to battle the Colts in a Rocky River 2A/3A challenge on Thursday, March 30. The Colts enter the challenge with a record of 9-1. West Stanly won 7-0 in their recent league challenge against Parkwood (Monroe, NC)
