Marion County Warriors (Jasper, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences Patriots (Chattanooga, TN), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Tullahoma for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 30. Marion County will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-2 league loss to Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Oakwood Christian (Chickamauga, GA) to face the Eagles in a GAPPS D-I Region 1 challenge on Thursday, March 30. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Oakwood Christian lost 12-0 in their recent league challenge against The King's Academy (Woodstock, GA)
