Tennessee High School Softball - Chester County bounces Riverside

March 28, 2023: Henderson, TN 38340

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Chester County Eagles (Henderson, TN) and the visiting Riverside Panthers (Decaturville, TN), saw Chester County's softball squad achieve victory over Riverside by a count of 13-3.

The Eagles now have a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson South Side for a non-league test on Monday, April 3. Chester County will encounter a Hawks team coming off a 12-6 non-league loss to McNairy Central (Selmer, TN). The Hawks record now stands at 1-3.

The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Scotts Hill (Reagan, TN). The Lions come into the 2A District 13 test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Scotts Hill overcame Trinity Christian Academy (Jackson, TN), 11-1, in a non-league test.
