Crosby Cougars (Crosby, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Port Arthur Memorial Titans (Port Arthur, TX), 18-0 in a league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 18-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Barbers Hill for a 5A Region III District 17 challenge on Friday, March 31. Crosby will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Nederland (Nederland, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 25-2.

With the loss, Port Arthur Memorial falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Titans host Lee (Baytown, TX) to battle the Ganders in a 5A Region III District 17 challenge on Friday, March 31. The Ganders enter the challenge with a record of 1-12. Lee lost 6-3 in their recent league challenge against Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX)
