With the triumph, Estancia moves its record to 6-2 on the year. The Bears travel to McCurdy (Espanola, NM) to clash with the Bobcats in a A/2A District 2/5 game on Tuesday, April 4. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 1-6. McCurdy lost 13-11 in their recent non-league game against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the East Mountain Timberwolves (Sandia Park, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 30. Santa Rosa will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Timberwolves enter the test with a 9-2 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Mora (Mora, NM).
