California High School Softball - Helix tipped by Steele Canyon

The Steele Canyon Cougars softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Helix Highlanders to 8 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Steele Canyon betters its record to 8-3 on the season. The Cougars travel to Ramona (Ramona, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 8. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 7-3.

The Highlanders now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Calexico for a non-league bout on Monday, April 3. Helix will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-3 league win over Central (El Centro, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
