The Independence Knights softball team (Frisco, TX), was routed 10-0 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Heritage Coyotes (Frisco, TX)

Coming up next, the Coyotes encounter the Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 10 test, on Friday, March 31. Heritage will attempt to improve on its 20-1 season record. The Redhawks come into the test with a 7-10 record after their 12-3 league win over Emerson (McKinney, TX).

The Knights (1-13) will now prepare for their test against Memorial (Frisco, TX). The Warriors come into the 5A Region II District 10 test with a 12-11 record. In their last test, Memorial overcame Centennial (Frisco, TX), 11-0, in a league test.
