Johnson Jaguars (Buda, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lake Travis Cavaliers (Austin, TX), 6-0 in a league challenge.

The Jaguars now own a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Anderson for a 6A Region IV District 26 challenge on Tuesday, April 4. Johnson will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Bowie (Austin, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 8-18.

With the loss, Lake Travis falls to 10-16 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Akins (Austin, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 6A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, March 31. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 3-10.
