Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the South Grand Prairie Warriors (Grand Prairie, TX) and the host Lamar Vikings (Arlington, TX), witnessed South Grand Prairie's softball squad prevail over Lamar by a count of 23-0.
The Warriors now sport a 18-6 record. They play next when they host Martin for a 6A Region I District 8 match on Friday, March 31. South Grand Prairie will face a Warriors squad coming off a 10-8 league win over Arlington (Arlington, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Lamar moves to 0-8 on the season. The Vikings travel to Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX) to face the Gophers in a 6A Region I District 8 match on Tuesday, April 11. The Gophers go into the match with a record of 1-10.
