Monahans Loboes (Monahans, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Seminole Indians (Seminole, TX), 14-7 in a league challenge.

The Loboes now own a 14-9 record. They take the field next when they host Andrews for a 4A Region I District 3 challenge on Friday, March 31. Monahans will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 9-1 league win over Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Seminole falls to 12-10 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Pecos (Pecos, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 4A Region I District 3 challenge on Friday, March 31. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Pecos won 15-9 in their recent league challenge against Greenwood (Midland, TX)
