North Carolina High School Softball - Nash Central bounces Roanoke Rapids

March 28, 2023: Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870

The Nash Central Bulldogs the host Roanoke Rapids Yellowjackets softball squad by a final score of 8-4 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Bulldogs (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Firebirds go into the The Big East 2A/3A battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Southern Nash nudged Franklinton (Franklinton, NC), 15-0, in a league battle.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Franklinton for a The Big East 2A/3A battle on Thursday, March 30. Roanoke Rapids will meet a Rams squad coming off a 15-0 league loss to Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Rams record now stands at 2-5.
