Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV), 14-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winfield for a Cardinal challenge on Friday, March 31. Sissonville will battle a Generals squad coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Generals record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Point Pleasant falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Big blacks travel to Gallia Academy (Gallipolis, OH) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 29. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Gallia Academy lost 20-18 in their recent non-league challenge against Raceland (Raceland, KY)
