In Thursday's league game, the visiting Benavides Eagles baseball team scored a nice 15-3 victory over the Lasara Lions.
The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their game against San Perlita (San Perlita, TX). The Trojans go into the 1A Region IV District 32 game with a 0-1 record.
The Lions (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Bruni (Bruni, TX). The Badgers go into the 1A Region IV District 32 game with a 1-12 record.
