The Bloomfield Bobcats baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils to 3 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Bobcats (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Aztec (Aztec, NM). The Tigers go into the 4A District 1 match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Aztec gained a win over Ignacio (Ignacio, CO), 14-5, in a non-league match.
The Sundevils (3-10) will now prepare for their match against Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM). The Hilltoppers go into the 4A District 2 match with a 8-4 record. In their last match, Los Alamos gained a win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM), 7-6, in a non-league match.
