The Greenland Pirates baseball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting West Fork Tigers to 7 in the Pirates non-league victory on Thursday.
The Pirates (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Life Way Christian (Centerton, AR). The Warriors go into the 2A Region 1 match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Life Way Christian gained a win over Ozark Catholic Academy (Springdale, AR), 10-6, in a non-league match.
The Tigers (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Valley Springs (Valley Springs, AR). The Tigers go into the 3A Region 1 match with a 1-11 record.
