Irmo Yellowjackets (Columbia, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC), 6-2 in a league test.

With the win, Irmo upgrades its record to 3-6 on the season. The Yellowjackets travel to West-Oak (Westminster, SC) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Monday, April 1. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-7. West-Oak lost 9-5 in their recent league test against Walhalla (Walhalla, SC)

With the defeat, Ridge View falls to 0-9 on the season. The Blazers travel to Fairfield Central (Winnsboro, SC) to battle the Griffins in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 2. The Griffins come into the test with a record of 7-0.
