Kentucky High School Baseball - Pulaski County gets by Southwestern

Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) and the host Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY), saw Pulaski County's baseball squad knock off Southwestern by a count of 7-4.

Coming up next, the Maroons play the Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 30. Pulaski County will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Colonels enter the battle with a 6-5 record after their 5-0 non-league win over George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY).

The Warriors now possess a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Garrard County for a non-league battle on Friday, March 29. Southwestern will play a Golden Lions squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over North Laurel (London, KY). The Golden Lions record now stands at 8-2.
