The Shippensburg Greyhounds crushed the visiting West Perry Mustangs baseball team by a tally of 10-1 in Thursday's league bout.
The Greyhounds now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Big Spring for a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout on Monday, April 1. Shippensburg will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 4-1 league loss to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.
Next, the Mustangs face the Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 30. West Perry will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 13-1 league win over Line Mountain (Herndon, PA).
