Texas High School Baseball - Sterling loses to Waltrip

The Waltrip Rams crushed the host Sterling Raiders baseball team by a count of 18-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Rams now possess a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Carnegie Vanguard for a 5A Region III District 19 bout on Tuesday, April 2. Waltrip will face a Rhinos team coming off a 10-2 league loss to Galena Park (Galena Park, TX). The Rhinos record now stands at 6-6.

Next, the Raiders face the Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 19 bout, on Monday, April 22. Sterling will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record.
