Sussex Academy Seahawks (Georgetown, DE) followers exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD), 18-4 in a non-league battle.
The Seahawks now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tatnall for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 6.
In their next game, the Buccaneers clash with the Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 5. Kent Island will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 14-2 non-league win over Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD).
