Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A challenge, on Tuesday, April 2. Northwest Cabarrus will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 6-2 league win over Robinson (Concord, NC).

The Falcons now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Carson for a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Tuesday, April 2. West Rowan will confront a Cougars team coming off a 4-0 league loss to South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 0-7.
