The Providence Panthers baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Independence Patriots to 1 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 0-8 record. In their last match, Independence was overwhelmed by Parkwood (Monroe, NC), 8-3, in a non-league match.
The Patriots (0-9) will now prepare for their match against Providence (Charlotte, NC). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record.
