The Alto Yellowjackets softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Corrigan-Camden Bulldogs to 5 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Alto improves its record to 14-9 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Lovelady (Lovelady, TX) to clash with the Lions in a 2A Region III District 21 game on Monday, April 1. The Lions come into the game with a record of 6-10.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Groveton Indians (Groveton, TX) in a 2A Region III District 21 game, on Tuesday, April 2. Corrigan-Camden will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 16-4 record after their 7-0 league win over Apple Springs (Apple Springs, TX).
