The Panthers now own a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they host Winona for a 3A Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, April 2. Amanda Elzy will face a Tigers squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to Yazoo County (Yazoo City, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 6-10.

With the loss, Humphreys County falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Edwards (Ruleville, MS) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 1.
