Alabama High School Softball - Bryant holds off Satsuma

The Bryant Hurricanes the host Satsuma Gators softball squad by a count of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Hurricanes (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Mary G. Montgomery (Semmes, AL). The Vikings go into the 7A Area 1 battle with a 12-9 record. In their last battle, Mary G. Montgomery nudged Baker (Mobile, AL), 10-3, in a league battle.

The Gators now sport a 21-5 record. They play next when they travel to Bibb County for a non-league battle on Friday, March 29. Satsuma will meet a Choctaws squad coming off a 5-2 league win over American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Choctaws record now stands at 7-5.
