Woodrow Wilson Bruins (Long Beach, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cabrillo Jaguars (Long Beach, CA), 15-1 in a league challenge.

The Bruins now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Long Beach Poly for a Moore challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Woodrow Wilson will face a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Cabrillo falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Millikan (Long Beach, CA) to face the Rams in a Moore challenge on Thursday, April 11. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 13-8.
