Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Irmo Yellowjackets (Columbia, SC) and the visiting Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC), witnessed Irmo's softball squad prevail over Ridge View by a count of 13-1.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Airport for a non-league match on Monday, April 8. Irmo will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 5-4 league win over Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 6-6.
