Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Naaman Forest Rangers (Garland, TX), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 10-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sachse for a 6A Region II District 9 challenge on Tuesday, April 2. Wylie East will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 16-7 league win over Rowlett (Rowlett, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-13.

With the loss, Naaman Forest falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Rangers host Sachse (Sachse, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 9 challenge on Friday, April 5. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 11-13.
