Texas High School Softball - Smithson Valley bounces Tivy

Smithson Valley Rangers (Spring Branch, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Tivy Antlers (Kerrville, TX), 7-3 in a league challenge.
The Rangers now own a 20-6 record. They take the field next when they host Seguin for a 5A Region IV District 26 challenge on Tuesday, April 2.
With the loss, Tivy falls to 15-4 on the campaign. The Antlers travel to Canyon (New Braunfels, TX) to face the Cougars in a 5A Region IV District 26 challenge on Tuesday, April 2. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 9-7. Canyon won 10-4 in their recent league challenge against Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX)
