The Lions now sport a 11-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Notre Dame for a 2A District 5 match on Monday, April 1. Vinton will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 5-1 league win over DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA). The Pioneers record now stands at 20-5.

With the loss, Welsh falls to 5-14 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Oakdale (Oakdale, LA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Monday, April 1. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 11-9. Oakdale won 4-0 in their recent league match against Rosepine (Rosepine, LA)
