In Friday's league bout, the Armuchee Indians (Rome, GA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA), by a tally of 11-1.
Next up, the Indians encounter the Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA) in a A D1 Region 7 bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Armuchee will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 9-11 record after their 14-0 league loss to Fannin County (Blue Ridge, GA).
The Warriors (1-15) will now prepare for their bout against Dade County (Trenton, GA). The Wolverines enter the A D1 Region 7 bout with a 7-12 record. In their last bout, Dade County was overwhelmed by Christian Heritage (Dalton, GA), 7-1, in a league bout.
