The Ashland Blue Devils baseball squad (Ashland, MS), was overwhelmed 13-0 in Friday's league contest with the host Myrtle Hawks (Myrtle, MS)
With the triumph, Myrtle moves its record to 14-6 on the season. The Hawks travel to Falkner (Falkner, MS) to confront the Eagles in a 1A Region 2 contest on Tuesday, April 1. The Blue Devils now possess a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Byers for a 1A Region 2 contest on Friday, April 4. Ashland will confront a Lions squad coming off a 16-5 non-league loss to Potts Camp (Potts Camp, MS). The Lions record now stands at 0-9.
