The Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers (Salem, OR) baseball trounced the host Valley Catholic Valiants (Beaverton, OR), 7-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Cavaliers now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Scio for a 3A-SD3 Special District 3 challenge on Monday, March 31. Blanchet Catholic will clash with a Loggers team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, OR). The Loggers record now stands at 0-5.
With the defeat, Valley Catholic drops to 2-2 on the year. The Valiants travel to Molalla (Molalla, OR) to clash with the Indians in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Indians go into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
