The Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) baseball trounced the host Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), 22-1 in Friday's league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Hopewell for a Queen City 3A/4A challenge on Tuesday, April 1. Chambers will clash with a Titans team coming off a 10-0 league win over West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). The Titans record now stands at 9-3.
With the defeat, Harding University drops to 0-6 on the year. The Rams travel to Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Mavericks in a Queen City 3A/4A challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Mavericks go into the challenge with a record of 4-8. Mallard Creek won 11-6 in their recent league challenge against North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC)
