Washington High School Baseball - Chimacum loses to Vashon Island

Vashon Island Pirates (Vashon Island, WA) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Chimacum Cowboys (Chimacum, WA), 6-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Vashon Island moves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Pirates host University Prep (Seattle, WA) to battle the Pumas in a non-league match on Thursday, April 10. The Pumas come into the match with a record of 1-4.

The Cowboys now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bremerton for a non-league match on Saturday, March 29. Chimacum will battle a Knights squad coming off a 7-1 league loss to Kingston (Kingston, WA). The Knights record now stands at 0-5.
