Mississippi High School Baseball - East Webster edges Choctaw County

The crowd at Friday's league battle between the East Webster Wolverines (Maben, MS) and the visiting Choctaw County Chargers (Ackerman, MS), saw East Webster's baseball team gain a win over Choctaw County by a tally of 3-1.
The Wolverines (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Vardaman (Vardaman, MS). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Vardaman held off Strayhorn (Sarah, MS), 16-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Chargers face the Nettleton Tigers (Nettleton, MS) in a 3A Region 4 battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Choctaw County will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record.
