The Community Braves baseball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Sunnyvale to 1 in the Braves league win on Friday.

The Braves now hold a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ford for a 4A Region II District 13 test on Tuesday, April 1. Community will play a Panthers team coming off a 5-1 league win over Wills Point (Wills Point, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 8-9.

With the defeat, Sunnyvale drops to 10-6 on the year. The host Horn (Mesquite, TX) to play the Jaguars in a non-league test on Saturday, April 5. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 10-8.
