In Friday's league bout, the Dudley Panthers (Greensboro, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC), by a tally of 15-4.
Next up, the Panthers encounter the Burlington Christian Academy Royals (Burlington, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 31. Dudley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Royals enter the bout with a 11-1 record after their 13-7 non-league win over Freedom Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC).
The Wildcats (2-12) will now prepare for their bout against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Storm enter the Mid-State 3A bout with a 8-6 record. In their last bout, Southern Guilford overcame High Point Central (High Point, NC), 15-0, in a league bout.
