Georgia High School Baseball - Emanuel County Institute edges Screven County

March 28, 2025: Sylvania, GA 30467

In Friday's league game, the visiting Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 9-6 win over the Screven County Gamecocks.

The Bulldogs (15-5) will now prepare for their game against Claxton (Claxton, GA). The Tigers go into the A D2 Region 3 game with a 2-13 record. In their last game, Claxton by Portal (Portal, GA), 11-0, in a league game.

Next, the Gamecocks play the Savannah Bluejackets (Savannah, GA) in a A D2 Region 3 game, on Saturday, March 29. Screven County will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record.
