In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Emporia Spartans baseball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the South Titans.
The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their game against North (Wichita, KS). The RedHawks go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, North was overwhelmed by Northwest (Wichita, KS), 13-3, in a league game.
Next, the Titans play the South Cougars (Salina, KS) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 31. South will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 2-2 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Abilene (Abilene, KS).
