North Carolina High School Baseball - West Johnston edges Hunt

The West Johnston Wildcats baseball team scored 4 runs and held the host Hunt Warriors to 2 in the Wildcats league win on Friday.
The Wildcats now hold a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they host South Johnston for a Quad County 3A test on Tuesday, April 1. West Johnston will play a Trojans team coming off a 4-2 league win over East Wake (Wendell, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 8-4.
With the defeat, Hunt drops to 7-5 on the year. The Warriors host Fike (Wilson, NC) to play the Demons in a Quad County 3A test on Tuesday, April 1. The Demons go into the test with a record of 3-8. Fike lost 11-10 in their recent league test against Southern Wayne (Dudley, NC)
