The Rye Cove Eagles (Clinchport, VA) baseball trounced the visiting Jenkins Cavaliers (Jenkins, KY), 14-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thomas Walker for a Cumberland challenge on Thursday, April 10.
With the defeat, Jenkins drops to 1-5 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Castlewood (Castlewood, VA) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 31. The Blue Devils go into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Castlewood lost 12-0 in their recent non-league challenge against PikeView (Princeton, WV)
