The Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) baseball trounced the visiting Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), 11-1 in Friday's league challenge.

The Dragons now own a 17-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dawson County for a AAA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. Pickens will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 9-8 league win over Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 13-8.

With the defeat, Johnson drops to 2-19 on the year. The Knights travel to North Hall (Gainesville, GA) to clash with the Trojans in a AAA Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 14-5. North Hall won 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA)
