The Morehead Panthers baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting T.W. Andrews Red Raiders to 0 in the Panthers league win on Friday.

The Panthers now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to McMichael for a Mid-State 2A test on Tuesday, April 1. Morehead will clash with a Phoenix team coming off a 3-0 league win over Walkertown (Walkertown, NC). The Phoenix record now stands at 11-3.

With the defeat, T.W. Andrews drops to 2-8 on the year. The Red raiders host High Point Central (High Point, NC) to clash with the Bison in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2. The Bison go into the test with a record of 0-10.
