Texas High School Baseball - Tompkins holds off Morton Ranch

The Tompkins Falcons baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Morton Ranch Mavericks to 1 in the Falcons league win on Friday.

The Falcons now hold a 17-6 record. They take the field next when they host Morton Ranch for a 6A Region III District 19 test on Saturday, March 29. Tompkins will play a Mavericks team coming off a 8-5 league loss to Paetow (Katy, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 5-16.

With the defeat, Morton Ranch drops to 5-18 on the year. The Mavericks travel to Tompkins (Katy, TX) to play the Falcons in a 6A Region III District 19 test on Saturday, March 29. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 15-6. Tompkins won 15-3 in their recent league test against Mayde Creek (Houston, TX)
