Next up, the Greyhounds encounter the Wilkes Central Eagles (Wilkesboro, NC) in a Foothills 2A bout, on Tuesday, April 1. North Surry will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 4-9 record after their 15-2 league win over North Wilkes (Hays, NC).

The Blackhawks (6-7) will now prepare for their bout against Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC). The Huskies enter the non-league bout with a 8-6 record. In their last bout, Ashe County was nudged by South Caldwell (Hudson, NC), 8-1, in a league bout.
