The Southeast Guilford Falcons baseball squad (Greensboro, NC), was edged 2-1 in Friday's league contest with the host Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC)

With the triumph, Southwest Guilford moves its record to 11-2 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Grimsley (Greensboro, NC) to confront the Whirlies in a Metro 4A contest on Tuesday, April 1. The Whirlies come into the contest with a record of 11-2. Grimsley won 8-3 in their recent league contest against Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC)

The Falcons now possess a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Guilford for a Metro 4A contest on Tuesday, April 1. Southeast Guilford will confront a Hornets squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Page (Greensboro, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 3-11.
