Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the host Foothill Falcons (Pleasanton, CA), 8-7 in a league game.

With the victory, Granada improves its record to 6-2 on the season. The Matadors travel to Acalanes (Lafayette, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league game on Friday, April 11. The Dons come into the game with a record of 8-1.

The Falcons now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dublin for a game on Tuesday, April 1. Foothill will play a Gaels team coming off a 8-2 league loss to Granada (Livermore, CA). The Gaels record now stands at 0-4.
