In Friday's league outing, the host Daniel Lions soccer squad scored a nice 8-0 win over the Travelers Rest Devildogs.
The Lions (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Pickens (Pickens, SC). The Blue Flame enter the AAAA Region 2 outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Pickens was overwhelmed by Walhalla (Walhalla, SC), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Devildogs confront the Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers (Greer, SC) in a AAAA Region 2 outing, on Tuesday, April 1. Travelers Rest will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Fighting Tigers enter the outing with a 0-5 record after their 6-3 league loss to Greer (Greer, SC).
