South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 8-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, South Columbus moves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Stallions host West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC) to clash with the Vikings in a Waccamaw 1A/2A test on Tuesday, April 1. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 0-4. West Columbus lost 8-0 in their recent league test against Whiteville (Whiteville, NC)

The Gators now sport a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they host Whiteville for a Waccamaw 1A/2A test on Tuesday, April 1. East Columbus will clash with a Wolfpack team coming off a 8-0 league win over West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-4.
